Respectful Workplaces E-Learning Course
SPA, in consultation with the industry, has developed an online based learning course called Respectful Workplaces which aims to educate everyone in our industry on their obligations under relevant legislation and the effects and consequences of unacceptable workplace behaviour. The learning course focuses on harassment, bullying, discrimination, and bystander laws with the materials customised to Screen industry workplaces and scenarios.
The course is available for all SPA Members to train their employees and agents (including production personnel, supervisors, cast, crew, contractors and volunteers) free of charge and should form part of an employer’s policies and processes in taking reasonable steps to prevent discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment or bullying from occurring.
SPA Members can register employees in bulk, track and report on completion rates via the SPA Website.
